Demonstration for reading GPIO Input on Beaglebone Blue with L1_gpio.py

The updated version of the level 1 GPIO program simplifies the naming of pins for faster prototyping and testing. A simple breadboard circuit is used to demonstrate measurement of GPIO inputs.
