How to flash a Debian image to the BeagleBoard eMMC

The version of Linux that the BeagleBoard will use. Image – a binary copy of what the eMMC should be configured as. BeagleBoard – development board you will be using eMMC – embedded Multi-Media Controller that has flash memory and a flash controller Etcher – open-software used to write disk images onto micro-SD cards and USBs 1. Download Debian image from https://rcn-ee.net/rootfs/bb.org/testing/2019-07-09/buster-iot/bone-eMMC-flasher-debian-10.0-iot-armhf-2019-07-09-4gb.img.xz 2. Download Etcher from https://www.balena.io/etcher/ 3. Use Etcher to flash the Debian image onto micro-SD card. 4. Flash eMMC of the Beagleboard with the Debian image micro-SD card. 5. Wait for image to transfer from micro-SD card to the eMMC. 6. Unplug and reboot the Beagleboard.
