SCUTTLE Robot – Beaglebone Blue – power servos from Barrel plug

In order to drive servos reliably, power must be available at the positive (3rd) terminal of the LiPo connector. This can be accomplished by passing the barrel plug positive to the lipo terminal. Some capacitance is preferred (like a battery has) as we can see since the charging indicator lights disengage while all servos are moving, and the voltage drops below the charging threshold. But, this is a low cost workaround.
